Pri0r1ty Intelligence acquires Pirkx benefits platform
Image: Primary Pri0r1ty Intelligence has acquired UK employee-benefits platform Pirkx for an initial £50 cash payment plus a five-year royalty capped at £350,000. Pri0r1ty said it will integrate Pirkx's more than 10,800 active paying members, measured in June, into its technology ecosystem and introduce its AI tools for onboarding, support and sales. The buyer is also assuming Pirkx's payroll liability, estimated at about £38,000 a month. Pirkx provides digital wellbeing and benefits services for SMEs and contingent workers.
