Davion Healthcare announced it acquired intellectual property for Humaskan's WoundSkan wound-monitoring dressing and Spektra screening platform for $25 million. The consideration consists of $2.5 million in cash and 1.73 million new Davion shares valued at $13.00 each; the share count is fixed regardless of subsequent price changes. The acquisition includes patents, software, prototypes and rights to develop, manufacture, commercialise and license the technologies.
