PopVax's RNA Foundry is offering contract development and manufacturing of personalized cancer vaccine candidates at its Hyderabad facility. The company expects most projects to cost around $300,000 and take 8-10 weeks, depending on manufacturing slot availability. Customers can submit an mRNA sequence or commission a design based on tumour sequencing data. The facility manufactures the RNA, packages it in lipid particles and tests the finished vials before shipment, supplying manufacturing records and analytical results for research and regulatory filings. The company says it has capacity to make 100+ personalized cancer vaccines over the next 12 months. It describes compassionate use and expanded-access INDs as pathways patients and physicians are pursuing to access this class of medicine.
