SREGym reports Jev pipeline passed 76.2% of fault diagnoses

Jev-Driven SRE Diagnosis: What Worked and What Failed | SREGym Blog Image: Primary
SREGym reports that a Jev-driven pipeline passed 80 of 105 diagnoses across 21 SREGym-Lite faults, with a median diagnosis time of 14.6 seconds. It reports performance close to GPT-5.6 Sol at medium reasoning effort, which passed 77.8%, while running about 7× faster and costing about 200× less per diagnosis. The pipeline collects Kubernetes objects, events, logs and resource usage, then asks Jev to select likely causes and supporting evidence from supplied options. It generates the report programmatically. Testing used a historical fault cohort and an AI judge. Failures included choosing the wrong clue and missing interactions between services because the collector omitted decisive measurements.
