Vertiv raises sales forecast by $650 million as infrastructure orders grow Image: Primary
Vertiv raised its 2026 net sales forecast by $650 million after reporting third-quarter sales of $4.313 billion, up 61% from a year earlier, MoneyCheck reported. The data center infrastructure supplier reported organic order growth above 100% and now projects full-year revenue of $14.65 billion at the guidance midpoint. Organic sales growth contributed 55 percentage points to the quarterly increase, with acquisitions adding roughly six percentage points. Adjusted operating margin reached 25.2%, an improvement of 290 basis points attributed to higher volumes and manufacturing productivity. Management expects full-year capital expenditures to approximate 4% of revenue; working capital and capital spending moderated cash generation.
