Runware plans to expand factory production of modular data centers in Romania to 30 megawatts of capacity per day by 2028, chief executive Flaviu Radulescu told TechCrunch. A second factory under construction is expected to start operating early next year. The company assembles computing facilities into pods for installation at customer sites. Customers can supply their own GPUs and pay monthly for the pods and operations, with power and internet charged separately. Runware aims to install and set up pods within 48 hours; that target excludes manufacturing time. It says it is finishing the factory using its $50 million Series A raised last December and plans to seek Series B funding.
