Stripe opens analytics APIs to all users for agent-based analysis

Stripe opens analytics APIs to all users for agent-based analysis Image: Primary
Stripe says all its users can now connect compatible agents, including Claude and Cursor, to Stripe analytics through its MCP connection or directly through the Queries API and Reports API. The access lets agents analyze payment and subscription data using natural language instructions. The Reports API supplies a modeled schema covering more than 300 tables and guidance on their use. Users can inspect the underlying SQL, check calculations and edit queries. The Queries API is free through January 31, 2027, after which usage will be charged per credit without a monthly subscription. The Reports API will remain free.
