Claude rolls out read-only financial account analysis in US beta

Claude Launches Personal Finance Feature for Cross-Account Analysis | KuCoin Image: Primary
Anthropic says it is rolling out Personal Finance in Claude this week to Pro, Max and Ultra subscribers in the United States. The beta connects bank and credit card accounts through Plaid so users can analyze balances, spending and transactions across accounts in everyday language. Access is read-only: Claude cannot move, manage or invest funds. Connected accounts can expose transaction history for up to two years. Conversations inside the Personal Finance Center are excluded from model training; content shared elsewhere follows general privacy settings. Anthropic warns that responses can contain errors and recommends checking important account information with banks.
