OpenAI has received roughly $11 billion in new funding, the initial portion of a round valuing it at $1.25 trillion, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The money had been wired by Friday. The round could reach as much as $20 billion in total, with the remainder expected to close in the coming weeks, one person said.
