Salute agrees to acquire T5's data-center operations unit
Image: DCD Salute has entered a definitive agreement to acquire T5 Operations, while T5 Data Centers has spun out and renamed its construction business EverOn Data Center Services. Terms of the operations deal were not disclosed. Salute said the acquisition, once closed, would expand its managed data-center capacity to more than 15GW across about 150 markets and raise its workforce above 3,800. EverOn will operate independently as a data-center-focused general contractor.
