Adobe extends marketing agent to ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms

Adobe extends marketing agent to ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms Image: Primary
Adobe said its CX Enterprise Coworker marketing agent now works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Databricks Genie. The expansion brings an agent generally available since June into tools that marketing teams already use, including through a ChatGPT plugin. Adobe also launched connectors for systems including Amazon Ads, Demandbase, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus, Snowflake and Meta ad campaigns. The company says marketers can retrieve data and take actions across systems with a single request. The agent runs with human oversight; support for Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake is expected later.
