Repario says it acquired legal services provider UnitedLex
Image: Primary Repario said Monday it acquired UnitedLex, a provider of alternative legal services and technology. UnitedLex develops tools and advises clients on governance, artificial intelligence, electronic discovery and cybersecurity.
Repario said the purchase adds capabilities in litigation, contracts, legal operations, intellectual property, AI advisory and incident response. The combined business will serve organizations in the U.S., U.K., India, Mexico and EU. Financial terms were not disclosed in the deal announcement.
