macOS 27 beta deprecates hdiutil disk-image tool

The latest macOS 27 Golden Gate beta marks the hdiutil disk-image command-line tool as deprecated and directs users to diskutil image, according to a review of the beta's manual page. The reviewer found that diskutil image lacked an authentication prompt needed in one backup test and did not expose several listed hdiutil options, although the replacement completed its tested backup in 40-45 seconds versus 110-115 seconds for hdiutil. Existing tools and scripts that call hdiutil could require migration.
