Slack opens Code API to developers on all plans

Slack says its Code API is now generally available on all Slack plans, extending access beyond a handful of launch partners. Developers can use it to let their own agents create dedicated code channels, add people and files, post progress updates and archive channels after tasks finish. The API supports code differences, HTML previews and shared execution records so teammates can review and steer agent work. Agents inherit the permissions and administrative controls of their channels. Slack says expanded GitHub pull-request interactions, including synchronized comments and merge prompts, are coming later.
