Sherline Tools starts winding down US manufacturing

Sherline Products has begun winding down manufacturing operations for its precision lathes, mills, micro-machining accessories and small CNC machines. The company said it plans to keep building and selling machines, tooling, accessories and replacement parts as remaining equipment, materials, staffing and inventory allow through the end of October 2026. It said some operations using larger production equipment will end sooner, and some products may become unavailable earlier.
