NVIDIA and Nebius Group N.V. announced a strategic partnership to develop and deploy hyperscale cloud for the AI market. The announcement came on March 11, 2026. NVIDIA will invest 2 billion dollars in Nebius. The partnership covers the full AI technology stack from AI factory architecture to production software. It enables Nebius to deploy more than 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems NVIDIA will support Nebius's early adoption of its accelerated computing platform. This includes the Rubin platform, Vera CPUs, and BlueField storage systems. The partnership builds on Nebius's existing deployment of NVIDIA infrastructure across its global platform, including gigawatt scale AI factories in the United States. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said agentic AI is driving compute demand and accelerating infrastructure buildout. Nebius CEO Arkady Volozh said the company is extending its full stack AI cloud platform with NVIDIA. Nebius is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker NBIS and is headquartered in Amsterdam.
