Boldr raises €4.2 million for connected HVAC platform expansion
Image: Primary Energy-management startup Boldr has raised €4.2 million in a pre-Series A round to expand its connected heating and cooling technology in North America and develop software for HVAC contractors. Boldr says its platform connects HVAC equipment and sends real-time telemetry to its cloud service, allowing contractors to monitor equipment remotely. The company aims over time to connect heating and cooling systems, batteries, EV chargers and solar installations so electricity use can be adjusted during periods of high demand.
