Salesforce makes Slack Frontline available as an Enterprise+ add-on

Salesforce has made Slack Frontline available as an add-on for businesses on Slack Enterprise+, extending its collaboration platform to workers in retail, healthcare, manufacturing and other jobs away from desks. The mobile workspace offers up to 10 role-relevant channels, Huddles, AI agents and automated workflows. Workers can sign in with an employee ID, QR code or corporate email. Salesforce says administrators can govern apps and agents, apply multifactor authentication and use Enterprise+ compliance configurations. The product connects frontline teams to Salesforce data subject to their access permissions. Availability varies by region and customer agreement.
