Z Squared signs deal for full control of Arkansas data-center campus
Image: DCD Z Squared has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of Paradox Data, taking control of its Union County data-center campus near El Dorado, Arkansas. The revised deal replaces a previously announced plan for a 51% stake. Z Squared will issue $5 million of convertible preferred stock at closing, while up to $20 million more is tied to AI-compute energization and capacity milestones through 150MW. The company says the campus is intended for AI and high-performance computing workloads.
