Zenity raises $125 million Series C led by Norwest for AI agent security

Zenity raises $125 million Series C led by Norwest for AI agent security Image: Primary
Zenity, an AI security and governance platform built for AI agents, announced a $125 million Series C led by Norwest. New investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures joined the round alongside existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital, according to a Business Wire release carried on Yahoo Finance. The company said the funding will accelerate global expansion, platform innovation, and enterprise demand for AI agent security. Zenity said most customers are Fortune 500, Global 2000, and other large organizations, including SoftBank Corp., that it has tripled revenue in each of the past two years and is on track to triple again this year, and that it now has more than 230 employees with R&D in Tel Aviv and go-to-market led from New York. Zenity said enterprise AI security must move beyond model and prompt layers because agents can access systems, invoke tools, and take action. The company said its platform can allow, modify, or block an action before it occurs across agents on frameworks including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, coding agents, and custom stacks in AWS, Microsoft, and Google clouds. A Gartner report published in April 2026 titled AI Vendor Race: Zenity Is the Company to Beat in AI Agent Governance is cited in the release.
