Consensus Cloud Solutions said its board approved a program on November 5 authorizing retirement of up to $348.2 million in principal of its remaining 2028 Senior Notes. The authorization replaces its 2023 debt repurchase program and expires on November 5, 2027. The digital cloud fax provider may retire debt through redemptions, market purchases, tender offers or privately negotiated purchases. It ended the third quarter with $106.7 million in cash and cash equivalents. Quarterly operating cash flow fell to $45.6 million from $51.6 million, primarily because of changes in working capital accounts.
