ADNOC signs multiyear AI deployment agreement with OpenAI and G42

ADNOC signs multiyear AI deployment agreement with OpenAI and G42 Image: Primary
ADNOC announced a multiyear agreement with OpenAI and G42 on November 2 to develop and deploy AI agents that connect operational, capital and commercial decisions across its energy business. The partners will combine OpenAI models with ADNOC's industrial data on G42's sovereign AI infrastructure in the UAE. Initial applications will integrate field development planning and coordinate forecasts and decisions across production, refining, logistics, sales and trading. ADNOC says the planning application could prepare and optimize full-field master plans in hours rather than months. Human experts will retain oversight of consequential decisions, and the solutions will operate within ADNOC's oversight.
