Tencent Cloud said it plans to open a cloud region in Johor, Malaysia, with up to three availability zones, adding to its stated network of 23 regions and 66 zones. The Edge Malaysia reported that two zones would launch this week. Tencent described the region as part of its Asian expansion and said it would support local enterprise scaling and AI-related workloads.
