Deno team joins Cloudflare and sets timeline to close Deploy

Deno announced that its entire team is joining Cloudflare and will shift future development to a shared platform with the Workers and Durable Objects teams. Deno Deploy will operate for six more months before shutting down, with migration support for paying customers moving to Cloudflare Workers. The company will maintain the Deno runtime for another year through monthly bug fixes and security updates, then end its development. The runtime will remain open source. JSR will continue operating with its infrastructure moving to Cloudflare, and the team will continue supporting rusty_v8 while working toward its integration into workerd.
