Atlassian connects HR and directory data to Rovo and external AI assistants

Atlassian connects HR and directory data to Rovo and external AI assistants Image: Primary
Atlassian says organizations can connect Workday, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace Directory and HRIS S3 to give Rovo and approved external AI tools information about employees, teams and reporting lines. Its Teamwork Graph links those records to work across connected applications. External assistants can query that information through the graph's Model Context Protocol server. Administrators choose which sources to connect. Standard profile and organizational fields become available to all users; supported custom and sensitive Workday fields remain restricted to Atlassian Talent under configured access controls. Citations identifying the source of people facts are coming later.
