Nvidia releases PAIR with llama.cpp support for networked local AI

Nvidia releases PAIR with llama.cpp support for networked local AI Image: Primary
Nvidia moved its free, open source PAIR software out of beta, adding support for llama.cpp, direct model downloads from Hugging Face and RTX Spark. The personal AI router discovers compatible computers on a local network, installs models and inference engines, and distributes AI workloads across available systems. The release also adds customizable inference engine settings and works on Windows, Linux and macOS. Nvidia announced the changes alongside software preparations for RTX Spark laptops, whose availability was announced last week for Oct. 16.
