Chrome 155 lets Googlebooks install any webpage as an app

Chrome 155 lets Googlebooks install any webpage as an app Image: Primary
Chrome 155 expands Googlebook app installation to any webpage, removing the previous requirement that a website be specifically configured as a web app, 9to5Google reported. Installed pages open in their own windows and can be pinned to the taskbar or homescreen. The apps share Google Account login, cookies, site permissions and installed browser extensions. Version 155.0.8059.79 is rolling out through the Play Store. Users who created browser-tab shortcuts before the update must remove those shortcuts and reinstall the pages to use the new behavior.
