Rambus reports $102.5 million operating cash flow and $135.4 million in buybacks

Rambus reported record operating cash flow of $102.5 million for the third quarter, while paying $135.4 million to repurchase shares and $11.2 million for capital expenditures. Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities ended the quarter at $776.9 million, down $48.0 million from June 30. The supplier of chips and semiconductor intellectual property for data center and AI infrastructure reported revenue of $218.3 million, exceeding its guidance of $210 million to $216 million. It forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $227 million to $233 million, with achieving that range dependent on signing customer agreements for product sales and licensing, among other matters.
