Humain reported to raise $2.5 billion for Saudi AI data centers

Saudi's Humain Preps IPO and 2.5 Billion Dollar Fund to Build AI Data Centers Image: Primary
Saudi state-owned AI company Humain is reported to be raising an initial $2.5 billion fund through BSF Capital to finance data-center construction. The article says the debt-and-equity fund would support 250 megawatts of computing capacity being built with Al Moammar Information Systems, with potential expansion toward one gigawatt. Humain is also assembling an IPO team, though it has not set a listing date. Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority could take two to three months to approve the fund before it is marketed to investors.
