Four more data-center buildings proposed near Austin
Image: DCD Applications have been filed for four additional data-center buildings in Cedar Creek, Texas, outside Austin. Two proposed 577,000-square-foot buildings are each listed with $700 million of investment and construction running from October 2026 to December 2028. Two others are each proposed at 730,000 square feet and $700 million, with construction planned from September 2026 to March 2029. The filings do not name an operator, though the account says the land and naming convention have previously been tied to EdgeConneX.
