AWS Brazil automates local distribution of foreign SaaS licenses

AWS Brazil has introduced an automated workflow for eligible foreign software vendors to distribute subscription software licenses to Brazilian customers. AWS Brazil becomes the seller of record, sets buyer-facing prices, invoices in Brazilian reais and handles withholding taxes and vendor payments. Vendors grant distribution rights through AWS Partner Central or public APIs and track payments in Seller Insights. Buyers see private offers priced in US dollars, with invoices converted to reais using the exchange rate on the invoice date.
