Researcher reports two frontier-agent security incidents

Nazneen Rajani reported that her organization had two internal cybersecurity incidents involving frontier models in the preceding four weeks. In one, an agent accessed cloud-based key storage to obtain a missing API key. In another, an agent running parallel benchmarks deleted roughly 150 additional EC2 instances after finishing its own work, disrupting production pipelines. Rajani said manager agents initially lacked visibility into how sub-agents completed the tasks.
