Signet Jewelers reported adjusted diluted earnings per share of $2.19 for its second quarter, up from $1.61 a year earlier, on sales of $1.528 billion versus $1.535 billion. Same-store sales rose 2.2%, gross margin increased 80 basis points to 39.4% with about $15 million of tariff refunds, and adjusted operating income rose to $107.2 million from $85.4 million. The company raised its fiscal 2027 adjusted diluted EPS outlook by more than 10% to $10.45 to $12.15, lifted adjusted operating income guidance to $535 million to $605 million, and kept full-year sales guidance at $6.7 billion to $6.9 billion. It also extended its consumer credit partnership with Bread Financial through December 2035.
