McGraw Hill completes acquisition of teacher-AI startup Teachally

McGraw Hill has acquired Teachally, a five-person startup that uses AI to help teachers create and customize standards-aligned lessons, assignments and assessments. The transaction has closed, and all five Teachally employees joined McGraw Hill; financial terms were not disclosed. Teachally had been working with about eight school districts. McGraw Hill said the acquisition will help it develop and localize K-12 curriculum faster and offer AI tools to teachers using its content.
