Fireworks has contracted 5MW of data center capacity from Era4 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, DCD reported. The agreement covers direct-liquid-cooled capacity powered by Nvidia Blackwell Ultra HGX B300 GPUs for Fireworks' model training and inference platform. The service will initially target financial services, insurance and life sciences, combining Fireworks' platform with infrastructure owned and operated in the UK. Era4's Chesterfield site primarily uses landfill gas captured on site for power, with a grid connection providing backup. Fireworks already has deployments in Germany and Iceland.
