Decagon joins OpenAI marketplace program for enterprise purchases

Decagon joins OpenAI marketplace program for enterprise purchases Image: Primary
Decagon announced on October 2 that it is a launch partner for OpenAI Marketplace, allowing eligible enterprise customers to apply part of their existing OpenAI spending commitment toward its customer-facing AI agents. Decagon said its marketplace listing will go live soon. Customers contract with and pay Decagon directly. OpenAI then records the eligible purchase amount against their commitment after OpenAI and the partner confirm eligibility. Qualification depends on the customer's agreement, the product and the purchase. The initial marketplace supports product discovery and purchase requests, with transactions arranged directly through OpenAI and participating partners. It does not offer self-service checkout, and customers can apply only part of their commitment.
