Kubernetes promotes pod-level resource managers to beta

Kubernetes v1.37 promoted Pod-Level Resource Managers to beta, though the feature remains disabled by default. The Kubelet's Topology Manager, CPU Manager and Memory Manager can now use pod-level resource declarations for hardware-placement decisions. Kubernetes says the feature lets operators reserve exclusive NUMA-aligned resources for primary containers while placing non-Guaranteed sidecars in a pod-isolated shared pool. The v1 PodResources API also adds top-level CPU and memory reporting for pod-level assignments.
