Vercel adds StepFun's Step 5 Preview to AI Gateway

Vercel adds StepFun's Step 5 Preview to AI Gateway Image: Primary
Vercel has made StepFun's Step 5 Preview available through AI Gateway, saying the model supports text and image input with a 1M-token context window. It is designed for coding tasks, professional knowledge work and financial analysis, including debugging code and producing analytical reports. Developers can call the model using the identifier stepfun/step-5-preview or select it in coding agents after running setup through the latest Vercel CLI. The context window accommodates large codebases, documents, screenshots and charts in a single request. The model is offered as a preview; AI Gateway passes through provider pricing without a markup or an inference platform fee.
