Harmonic raises annual outlook as quarterly revenue grows 64% Image: Primary
Harmonic raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $545 million to $555 million after third-quarter revenue increased 64% year over year to $148.8 million. The company now forecasts non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.80 to $0.84, its third outlook increase for the year. Revenue from customers outside its two largest accounts more than doubled and represented 46% of quarterly revenue, supported by expanding deployments. Higher memory and component costs are expected to pressure margins into 2027, while elevated inventory contributed to negative third-quarter free cash flow.
