Reddit tests AI-voiced videos for selected text posts

Reddit is testing a format that converts selected text posts and comments into videos with AI voices, The Verge reported. The videos highlight text as it is read and are labelled as AI-voiced conversations; readers can switch between a text view and video. A Reddit spokesperson said the limited experiment is live on the web and is to roll out on iOS and Android starting Tuesday.
