OpenAI has published a write-up, PDF and public Lean formalization for its claimed Navier-Stokes result, according to The Next Web. The article says the work asserts that an initially smooth fluid at rest can develop a finite-time singularity under a smooth applied force. OpenAI said GPT-6 Astra was used for a further 17 hours of formalization and verification. The company also said it does not intend to claim the Millennium Prize, leaving whether the forced result meets the prize criteria for mathematicians and the Clay Institute.
