Sentra raises $150 million to expand security for AI access to corporate data

Sentra raises $150 million to expand security for AI access to corporate data Image: Primary
Sentra announced a $150 million Series C round led by Capital One Ventures to expand technology that protects sensitive corporate information from unauthorized access by AI agents. The financing brings its total funding to more than $250 million, ynetnews reported. The company says its platform classifies sensitive information, maps access permissions and can revoke permissions when an agent behaves unexpectedly. It focuses on securing underlying data rather than examining every agent request in real time. Sentra plans to fund product development, hiring and expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, alongside increased activity in the U.S. federal sector. A Capital One representative will join its board.
