SpaceX holds talks over Boost Mobile purchase or network access

SpaceX holds talks over Boost Mobile purchase or network access Image: Primary
SpaceX is discussing buying Boost Mobile or securing access to its network, The Washington Post reported, citing people familiar with the talks. The potential agreement would give SpaceX a route to selling its own US mobile service. Neither SpaceX nor Boost parent EchoStar responded to requests for comment. Boost leases network capacity from AT&T and T-Mobile rather than operating its own cell tower network. SpaceX may need both carriers' approval because such leases typically require consent before transfer.
