DeepSeek releases open-source prototype for team coding tasks

DeepSeek releases open-source prototype for team coding tasks Image: Primary
DeepSeek released Super-Agent, an experimental coding agent, on GitHub under an MIT licence, The Next Web reported. The project works on one GitHub repository and can listen to Feishu, ByteDance's workplace chat app. When an approved person requests work, the agent opens a task, handles it in a separate session and replies in the original thread, potentially with a pull request. A web panel lists items requiring human attention. DeepSeek calls the release a research prototype rather than an official product. It acts only when asked or permitted by a team's rules. The public code differs from the internal version, and some described ideas are not implemented.
