Okta announced Thursday that it plans to acquire Permiso Security to add capabilities in identity threat detection and response. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of October, with terms not disclosed. Okta said the deal will bring Permiso's technology for detection and mitigation of identity threats across human, non-human and agentic identities to its platform.
