Cornerstone reports cutting database diagnosis from 45 minutes to 10 with AI

Cornerstone reports cutting database diagnosis from 45 minutes to 10 with AI Image: Primary
Cornerstone OnDemand reduced database diagnosis from 45 minutes to 10 using its Orion AI system, AWS said in a customer case study. A three-person team built the system in six months using Amazon Bedrock and Strands Agents to coordinate specialized agents. The system queries live database information, recommends fixes and creates Jira tickets for the responsible engineer. AWS also reported a median 65 percent reduction in redundant alerts through filtering and correlation. Destructive operations require human confirmation within five minutes, with requests denied when that window expires.
