Dayforce plans Claude connector for workforce data and actions

Dayforce plans Claude connector for workforce data and actions Image: Primary
Dayforce announced plans for a connector that would let joint customers use Anthropic's Claude to query workforce data and perform supported actions. Built on the Model Context Protocol, which connects AI assistants to external systems, the connector would cover HR, pay, time, talent and planning data. Customers would choose which areas to connect. Proposed tasks include approving requests, filling open shifts, submitting time off and engaging candidates. Dayforce says the experience would follow existing permissions and approval processes, with validation and explicit human confirmation required before workforce data changes are completed.
