SPAC Pono Capital Four to Acquire Blackstar Orbital Technologies
Image: Primary Pono Capital Four, Inc. has announced the execution of a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Blackstar Orbital Technologies Corporation.
Pono said the merger is intended to result in Blackstar Orbital continuing as the surviving corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of Pono, with Pono planning to change its name to Blackstar Orbital Corporation upon completion. The transaction values Blackstar Orbital at $380 million and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to shareholder approval and customary closing conditions.
