Pinnacle has acquired the Sage customer base of Evesham-based Qmulus Solutions, transferring more than 100 customers to the technology solutions provider. The deal covers customers using Sage 200, Sage Intacct and Sage CRM. Customers will retain support for their existing Sage systems and gain access to Pinnacle's wider cloud accounting and enterprise resource planning portfolio. Pinnacle supports more than 2,000 SMEs across the UK and Ireland. This is its third acquisition since joining K3 Advisory Group in October 2024, following purchases of AlphaLogix and the Sage and ERP business of Onesys.
