Coforge raises fiscal 2027 operating margin guidance to 16 percent Image: Primary
Coforge raised its fiscal 2027 earnings before interest and tax margin guidance from 15.5 percent to 16 percent on October 23. The company reported second-quarter revenue of USD 652.20 million, up 40.10 percent year over year, and an operating margin of 16.00 percent. Coforge said quarterly order intake reached USD 1.04 billion and its executable next-twelve-month order book grew 45.00 percent to USD 2.38 billion. It signed eight large deals during the quarter. The higher margin target comes as Coforge integrates Encora, creating execution risk as it absorbs acquired operations while seeking to expand margins.
